Why should I join the Developer Kit Community?

When you join the Developer Kit Community you’ll gain access to the Knowledge Base, Developer Guides and Forum.


What is the difference between a registered user and a non-registered user?

As a registered user, you can view and post content to the Forum and review technical documentation. Non-registered users can only view the forum comments and may not access technical documentation.


Where do I go to download the API documentation?

UPS API Developer Guides are available in the UPS Developer Kit.


Where can I get technical support for integrating UPS APIs?

You can learn more about integrating UPS APIs into your website or e-commerce application by going to the UPS Developer Resource Center.


How do I provide input on improving the site?

Select the Contact Us link on the left navigation menu to submit your questions, concerns or improvement ideas.


How do I report abuse or inappropriate conduct in the Forum?

You can contact UPS by selecting the Contact Us link found on the left navigation menu to report abuse or inappropriate conduct.
